Customer should inspect products promptly upon receipt for order accuracy and any damage incurred during shipping. To return any product call the Abkit customer service department at 1-800-944-4365 to receive a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN) and shipping instructions. No credit or replacement product will be given for returns without this authorization. Please allow 30 days for Abkit to process returns for replacement or credit.

Defective or Damaged Products may be returned for an identical replacement within 30 days of receipt. Non-Defective Products may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Abkit reserves the right to refuse a return if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of our return program.
